Guarantee Policy
We are absolutely confident that Heart and Sold System can transform the personal and professional lives of truly engaged participants. Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. Satisfaction is defined as the participant belief that we have delivered on what we have promised in promoting the Heart and Sold System. If a participant is not satisfied within a window of 14 days from registration, and has taken ACTIVE part to engage in the coaching material presented, and they notify us in the manner described herein, we will refund tuition as noted below.
- Simply send a written request and reason for dissatisfaction to us along with all of your downloaded, printed, and handwritten notes via fax, email, or USPS, so we know you’ve done your part to engage in the process.
- Upon receipt of all materials noted above, we will review your request and notes. If it is determined that the participant was actively engaged in the course work and still cannot be satisfied with belief that the delivery of Heart and Sold was not what was promoted, we will refund the full amount of participant tuition.
- Refund request and course notes must be received no later than 7 days from enrollment to be eligible for refund.
- Because of the speed for this course, no refunds will be granted after 7 days past enrollment.

- All reimbursements are at the sole discretion of Rock Star U, LLC, and all decisions are final and binding.
