The L3 Method of Leadership is a "train the trainer" approach to help parents, coaches, teachers give their kids advantages in all areas of life. L3 Leadership work is character based, rooted in research and personal development strategies. It guides leaders in their own development as it empowers them to help the younger generation rise up. 

In a world where the youngest generations are struggling with relationships, self-worth, and even the most basic decision-making, the measuring stick of what it means to be successful has to change. This is not a method that focuses on a ranking, a score, or a trophy. The L3 advantage lies in knowing what you stand for and building specific character traits that help humans drastically reduce anxiety and depression and instead experience greater joy, fulfillment and drive to be all they are truly intended to be.

NOTE: You do NOT need to be a parent to grow from this method or the L3 books and journals. Anyone can use the L3 Method as their own personal growth template. And most certainly, humans are always in a position to influence a younger generation behind them in the form of peers, siblings, colleagues, followers, students, teammates... you get the idea. Everyone benefits when you know your Legacy Statement... and everyone can do it!

Your Legacy Statement is a written record of what you want to be known for. It is a reflection of how you will show up in this world to make your mark, and what truly matters to you. Once you have done the steps that lead you to your own Legacy Statement, you are ready and equipped to both hold yourself accountable and also help the younger generation behind you. Unless you are very clear on how you will make your own mark on the world, you'll drift in reaction-mode even with good intentions to help them. With your own clarity, you can empower them to define the same.

At L3, we believe we are all called to teach and protect each other. The beautiful thing about the L3 Method of Leadership is that you cannot teach it without learning, and you cannot protect without learning to love more deeply. Your Legacy Statement is the most personal step. That is why it is first.

If you have not completed Your Legacy Statement, we recommend you do that first. This statement will guide all of your decisions, actions, in-actions, and nurturing going forward.

A Quick Note About Character Traits

There are many admirable character traits we can take on. At L3, we focus on a handful of them. We teach specifically about the proven character traits that will help you and/or your kids gain competitive advantages in their lives.

That is not to say that other character traits done well will not serve you in your personal growth. There are many positive character traits that can elevate your life experience and build great relationships. For example, patience is a challenging and wonderful character trait to develop. The same is true for traits like honesty, warmth, kindness, and the list goes on and on.

While you are working in the L3 Method with us, we will address the proven L3 Traits with you. Try to keep those front of mind in your work, but certainly free yourself of limitation if other positive character traits resonate with you alongside the work we get to do together.

Confidence, Self-Respect, Optimism & Hope, Work Ethic, Perseverance & Grit, Curiosity & Creativity, Integrity & Moral Strength, Personal Responsibility, Adaptability, Empathy.

You're not alone, and neither are they. This is why we do what we do. Parenting is hard, and growing up is hard.
