Why do people suddenly look up and find their life or office in total disarray?
Sometimes I find people don’t know what their priorities are or how to handle the deluge of information coming into the office every day in the form of paper, e-mails, voice mails, verbal requests or things they think they need to do. It can truly be overwhelming, and unfortunately, inefficiency and lost productivity can cost companies a great deal of money. My passion is helping people resolve those critical gaps, so that’s where I step in and help.

How do you work with people to help them get Back on Track! Solutions for a more organized and efficient environment?
I teach a three hour workshop in-house for my clients that addresses simple, effective, and easy-to-implement solutions for organization and efficiency. I also conduct Executive Launches to help clients who need more focused one-on-one attention where we actually implement systems and solutions taught in my workshop.

That sounds like a process that nearly ALL of us can go through! We know there are lots of people in the field of professional organization. What makes Back on Track! Solutions different than other professional organizers?
We actually are not professional organizers. We are certified trainers and consultants who teach companies and individuals to work smarter for better results. Instead of just helping the employees get more organized, we teach them how to become more focused, organized and productive.

Okay! So this is a lot more than just organizing a file cabinet. This is training a way of life that builds an entirely new perspective on efficiency, organization, and productivity, right?

We serve small to large businesses, corporations and institutions. Companies need us to help remain competitive and to get more done, in less time, with fewer people.

The budget is so tight right now. How can people afford the “extra” expense to have you work with them for those Back on Track! Solutions?
If you consider the average person spends 150 hours per year looking for lost or misplaced items and multiply that by the number of employees and their hourly wages you can quickly see how much money is wasted every year. Let’s say for example Back on Track! Solutions can save a company with 200 employees from losing those 150 hours for each employee and each person makes $20 per hour. That would be an annual savings of $60,000!

What’s next for you, Debbie?
I am currently reserving workshops for companies around the United States. I am happy to travel to my client’s location to serve them better. I have limited space available for the remainder of the 2009 calendar year. In fact, I have only 15 dates available for new clients to schedule their in-house training.
