And if I may be so bold as to add one more: Do not waste time worrying about things which you cannot control because worrying about those things will not change them. Stay strong and keep sharing! ;-)

Great insight! I agree totally that everyone does have to go through the crisis sometime and storm(s) of some nature. Only real Rock Stars emerge out to continue to stay as Rock Stars and be successful. Here are 10 virtues I believe could keep us going as a “Hard Rock Star”!1.	Stay focused: Take the emotion out of the situation to analyze the situation right, and handle it prudently.2.	Be persistent: Not necessarily we can fix everything in one go. We have to keep the optimism high and keep trying to solve it in various methods to finally accomplish our goal and come out of the storm with flying colors.3.	Break it down: No crisis is big enough if broken down into manageable chunks and handled in steps, pieces and milestones.4.	Trust partners: Sometimes it takes more than you and your abilities to pull you out of the crisis. Believe in your partnerships. Remember, none of us is as smart as all of us.5.	Start from bottom: To rise to the top of a situation, you need to go to the bottom of it first.6.	Plan but not too much: Don't just keep on planning and planning and not executing it. Ever heard of the saying "Paralysis by Analysis"? Jump in before circumstances change and your plan to solve the problem gets stale.7.	Be honest and truthful: It is very common to vacillate and lose ground when we are right in the situation. Mostly because of the fear of failure. That leads to falsifying statements and lies. I always remember my dad saying "Truth sets us free! The lie gets too heavy with time and leads to more lies". Don’t say or do anything that you would repent after the predicament has ended.8.	Prevention is better: Make every choice or statement wisely, for there's no U-Turn (or a rewind button like in our DVR) in life.9.	Planning plan B: Personal or business, never take things for granted. Always have a contingency plan.10.	Believe in yourself: You are what you think YOU are. Believe that you are a Rock Star even in the catastrophe. I can do is ‘confidence’. ONLY I can do is ‘overconfidence’. Know the difference.Always remember, if you want to see the rainbow, you have to put up with the rain first. The diamond is precious ONLY after it goes under the blade.Regards
Siva
